In Japanese schools, there is a subject called “Moral Education.” In these classes, students often read from a textbook and write essays about their thoughts on the content. If your child finds it difficult to understand the readings in the Moral Education textbook, we are happy to provide support for this subject as well.

Since the lessons are conducted online, enrollment from overseas is also available.

Please pay the tuition fee by bank transfer to the designated account (for students in Japan), or via Wise (for students overseas – currently being prepared).

Please pay the monthly tuition fee by the end of the previous month. Payment is required in advance.

We will send you the Google Meet link to be used for the lesson in advance. Please log in to Google Meet 5 minutes before the lesson starts and wait for a call from the instructor. The instructor will call you when the lesson time begins.

We kindly ask you to prepare a webcam or a device with a built-in camera. This allows both the student and instructor to see each other’s facial expressions and monitor the progress of the lesson. Please check if your computer has a built-in camera before the lesson.

Yes, it is perfectly fine for a parent to watch the lesson alongside their child.

Homework may be assigned depending on the student’s progress.

The lessons are group lessons, and the tuition fee is based on group lesson rates.
However, depending on the number of students on each day, lessons may be conducted individually (one-on-one). Even in such cases, the tuition fee will remain at the group lesson rate.

We will do our best to accommodate lesson rescheduling.
However, please note the following:
(1)You must notify us of any absences or requests to reschedule before the lesson starts.
(2)If there are no available time slots, it may not be possible to arrange a make-up lesson. In such cases, please understand that tuition fees are non-refundable.

Also, if we need to cancel a lesson due to circumstances on our end, we will provide a make-up lesson.

If you do not notify us of a reschedule before the lesson starts, a make-up lesson cannot be provided. Also, please understand that the tuition fee for that lesson is non-refundable.

If there is no prior notice, the instructor will wait for 15 minutes from the lesson start time. However, the lesson time will not be extended to make up for the late arrival (e.g. If the lesson duration is 45 minutes and you are 15 minutes late, the lesson will last 30 minutes). Also, no refund will be given for the time missed due to tardiness.

If you are more than 15 minutes late from the lesson start time, it will be considered as an absence. In that case, no refund or make-up lesson will be provided. Thank you for your understanding.

Please notify us of your intention to pause lessons by the 25th of the month before the month you wish to pause lessons.
